2. This promotion is available to all end users ONLY, who purchase a Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd magicolor 5440DL and magicolor 5450.

3. Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased. However, this is at the discretion of Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd and will be taken on a case by case basis.

4. This offer is limited to the one black standard capacity toner

5. This offer is valid for customers in Great Britain ONLY and excludes Northern Ireland . All purchases must be made from UK IT dealerships that have purchased from UK Distributors.

6. To redeem this offer, customers must provide

a) completed Claim Form

b) proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt or copy of invoice showing product(s) purchased, reseller's name and address including telephone number, serial number of the qualifying product purchased and the price paid for the product

c) Please post all receipts or invoices to: Konica Minolta Printing Solutions ( UK ) Ltd, 2 Year Warranty & toner, Old Bridge House, The Hythe, Staines , Middlesex , TW18 3JQ , Along with a copy of you claim form. Please note that invoice or sales recipes cannot be returned so do not send originals

7. Proof of purchase(s) can consist of photocopies of invoice or sales recipes. Submitted Claim Forms may not be altered. Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd decision is final.

8. All claims must be received at Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd within 21 days of date of invoice and no later than the Friday 28th April 2006. Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail.

9. The gift cannot be substituted for cash, a cash alternative or any other offer or award.

10. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery upon receipt of proof of purchase(s). Delivery times are between 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.

11. Deliveries will only be made to addresses in the UK postal addresses.

Delivery will be free to the address provided as on the on-line claim form, however a maximum of 2 attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the recipient will need to contact Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd to arrange for collection/delivery. This will be charged at a rate of £10 for delivery. The only method of payment that will be accepted is a cheque for the amount of £10 made out to Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd. The goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

12. This offer is only available while stocks last and you will be notified by email or post of the new warranty expiry date.

Claims submitted by Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd dealers, retailers, or distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives will not be accepted. Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd's decision will be final.

22. All promotional items that are third party products may be accompanied by a warranty from its respective manufacturer and not from Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd, and must be dealt with by that third party accordingly.

23. If for whatever reason the printer purchased is returned or money refunded, Konica Minolta Printing Solutions (UK) Ltd, will arrange for the promotional item to be collected and will arrange for the warranty to be cancelled . The promotional item must be returned in it's correct packaging. Failure to return the promotional item will result in prosecution.
